Dry, Light Bodied style of RieslingA single vineyard wine from the old Riesling block at Mount Langi Ghiran planted in 1971 on granite soils. Only a small selection of vines from the crest of the hill were chosen to make this wine, where vine vigour is lowest and grape flavours are most concentrated. The Langi Geisenhiem clone consistently produces lifted, floral aromas complimenting the lime and natural acidity. The Langi Riesling was cold fermented with no oak and minimal yeast influence, its variety reflects its origins perhaps more than most.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
