Lark Sláinte Single Malt Whisky Liqueur (slon- cha; Gaelic to your good health) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky Liqueur. Sláinte is a marriage of premium mature Single Malt Whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in smaller copper pot stills. They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky Lark is now famous for.

A very different liquer whiskyhas herbal undertones amazing either on ice or just to sip and enjoy straight

A classic from Tasmania. Tried many in this family of liquors and I keep coming back to this. Unfortunately the bottle was dearer at the tasting outlet in Tassie (Hobart). Dan is now stocking it a few dollars cheaper.
