Always an elegant wine, carefull cellaring has induced a round creaminess that takes it to a more luxurious level. Abundant stone fruit, citrus and quince flavours, nutty oak and chalky minerality impress in a wine that is very close to its peak drinking period.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
