Made from 100% malted New Zealand barley in the Willowbank distillery, DunedinThe New Zealand 23 Year Old South Island Whisky has been aging in American Oak, Ex-Bourbon barrels for 23 years. It has a mature nose with subtle campfire smoke, fruit and drying grass. The taste gives sweet malt, light oak, delicate fruit with light vanilla leading to a light and silky finish.
