About this product


I Heart Chardonnay is made from two clones of Chardonnay planted on the Western side of the Barossa Valley. The fruit was gently pressed then fermented slowly with aromatic yeast, with 30% malolactic fermentation and 60% French oak maturation for extra creaminess on the palate.
