Cool Climate’ is a new release of fresh fruit flavoured wines from McWilliam’s Family Winemakers. As the description suggests these are wines crafted from fruit mostly sourced from cooler regions such as Hilltops, Tumbarumba and Orange. In this Sauvignon Blanc the elegant and fragrant characteristics from the cooler, higher altitude vineyards in Hilltops are complemented by parcels from Orange that add drive and length to this unmistakeably cool climate wine.
