Cool Climate’ is a new release of fresh fruit flavoured wines from McWilliam’s Family Winemakers. As the description suggests these are wines crafted from fruit mostly sourced from cooler regions such as Hilltops, Tumbarumba and Orange. In this Cabernet Sauvignon the fragrant, dark berry fruit characteristics from the cooler, higher altitude vineyards in Hilltops are complemented by parcels from Gundagai that add depth and length to this unmistakeably cool climate wine.
