About this product

Fine Armagnac from the house of Delord. Distilled in 1979 and barrel aged until its recent bottling. You can appreciate the seven mystical Armagnac notes of nut, peach, violet, lime, vanilla, plum and pepper from this excellent Armagnac house that was established in 1893.

Dark fruits, orange peel, liquorice. Very mellow. This was on sale (clearance) so I picked up 2 bottles. Ecstatic that I did.

True Armagnac qualities, smoothed out further by the decades. A good entry to the ‘premium’ category- I have sampled some more than twice the price and my palate, though it can tell the difference, couldn’t honestly tell which is better. I
