Intense and prolonged dark fruit flavours complement a distinctive minerality reminiscent of wet slate. The cooler conditions of the site impart a vibrant acidity, adding freshness and structure to the palate. Fermented with 10% whole bunches and matured for 8 months in seasoned 600L demi-muids and barriques, this Shiraz showcases both power and finesse.
