It is concentrated and focused on the palate, delivering gorgeous weight and mouthfeel, backed by bright acidity. Restrained and persistent, this is promising to evolve gracefully. Fresh & clean. Light tropical fruit, candied banana and barley sugar. Quite pure and untouched in some ways not burdened by too much wine-making influence of oak and the like. Fruit driven and expressive with some good flavour intensity and a good entry point into Margaret River Chardonnay.
