Originally conceived to loosen the mood at family weddings, this Strawberry Gin is for all occasions! We steep fresh strawberries, young ginger, and hibiscus flowers in our Sydney Dry Gin - imparting a rich pink hue and fresh complexity. The addition of intensified cardamom and cubeb pepper distillates, elevate the delicate sweetness of the strawberry.

I love this strawberry gin. It had such a great balance of him botanicals and strawberry to ensure it wasnt sickly sweet. This was best on the rocks or with a touch of sparkling water.

I am an avid gin drinker. I'm no expert, but I've definitely tried quite a few. So far Ink and Hendricks have been my absolute, unwavering favourites... Until now. Poor Tom's strawberry gin is possibly the best gin I have ever encountered.
