Subtle yet complex, this floral liqueur is made with freshly-picked elderflowers. On the nose Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur is highly aromatic with floral aromas, followed by a sweet but delicately hint of lemon on the palate, finishing with lingering hints of pear, peach and grapefruit zest.

I have been repurchasing this for years consistently. This particular elderflower liqueur never fails to hit, even just mixed with soda water alone or with champagne or gin with soda water it always goes down well. Excellent for summer cock
