From the 40yo Battley Vineyard in Wilyabrup, matured in new and 1yo French oak for 12 months. Essence of Margaret River cabernet a la Cherubino: fine, elegant, supple and balanced, tannins tamed but not killed. Cassis is the flavour driver.
