Brilliant with soft, curranty fruit. Violet notes add highlights. It's one of those wines where you pour yourself a small glass and next thing you know, 3/4s of the bottle has disappeared. The only difficulty with this wine is the price.

Medium to full-bodied with great intensity and generosity while maintaining elegance, it has firm, grainy tannins, lively acidity and a long finish.
