Dry, Light Bodied style of Sauvignon BlancAdelaide Hills, AustraliaThe K1 Sauvignon Blanc vines are the oldest in the Adelaide Hills and are planted in a sandy loam area of the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard, a consistent hero of our vineyard. The vines are spur pruned to a low bud number to increase fruit quality, creating a wine of intense aromas of passionfruit, elderflower, citrus, white peach and just a hint of fresh herbs.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
