Only the heart of the pressed juice is used, and once blended the wine goes into the cellars for a minimum of 10 years. No dosage is added in order to let the fruit shine through. A sensational champagne with incredibly fine perlage, vivid aromas of plum, frangipani and flaky hazelnut croissants, and beautiful persistence.
