Sangiovese was kept on skins for a mere four hours, but it delivers good detail in this pink wine. Scents of sour cherry, strawberry, white pepper and thyme. Nice start. Very light on the palate, thirst-quenching, mouth-watering and built around clean, zesty red berry fruitiness and a general crunch of acidity. Light and delicate, but with enough going on to satisfy legions of pale rosé enthusiasts.
