An 80/20% blend, matured in 90% French and 10% American oak for 10 months. Yet another very well made wine punching above it's weight. The cassis and sour cherry duo are supported by fine, savoury tannins, the finish mouthwatering and balanced.

Superbly fruited and instantly appealing, the bouquet shows spiced plum, mixed berry compote, black olive and chocolate tart characters, leading to a succulent palate that is plump and fleshy. The wine offers terrific fruit richness and smooth mouthfeel, brilliantly framed by silky tannins. Wonderfully flavoursome and comforting.
