About this product

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw.

The ultimate riesling for those who like it dry

I much prefer dry Rieslings that aren't too fruity - this one is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Not as citrissey as some but with a metallic edge. This means it will cellar beautifully. I expect this will be brilliant after 5 years in my cellar.

I thought I would try this wine for something different as I traditionally only drink Clare and Eden Valley rieslings. Both my daughter and I found it too acidic and very disappointing quaffing compared to the South Australian rieslings.
