Boom, this is big!. It's big and beautiful and balanced. For those who love deeply flavoured, smooth as butter reds, this one's for you. The deepest of ripe black cherry kirsch and plum compote flavours, sweet American oak with the consequent coconut vanilla flavour, licorice and spice. Super rich and well rounded with tannins playing a smoothing role. A controlled explosion of flavour, this cries out for charred beef ribs.
