As is the wont here, ambient yeast kicks off the fermentation, while riper parcels are inoculated with a more robust strain, all in barrel. Malolactic conversion is pursued, with the wine remaining in contact with the gross lees until the next vintage, conferring tension and detail. Leesy oatmeal notes and vanilla pod oak frame the spectrum of stone fruit references, with a filigreed timbre of acidity leading the way to a long finish

Old school stylistically, heaps of richness and flavour, stonefruit spectrum, good length and balance.
