Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Krondorf has been a fixture in the Barossa Valley since 1978, producing reds that typify all that is good about the region. Their recently introduced shiraz cabernet is a true example of the Krondorf style. Bright, vibrant fruit on a sturdy frame with ripe red fruit fleshiness, a backdrop of black currant, some wholesome Barossa chocolate earthiness, hints of complexing graphite, perfectly pitched oak tannins and some wicked shiraz spice kicking in at the finish. A supple and satisfying red that punches above its weight.
