Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus top notes are followed by some green apple and talc. Possessing elegant flavours of lime, citrus, orange, talc and mineral the palate doesn’t have quite the intensity of the nose. Clean crisp dry finish with a long lime, citrus and talcy mineral aftertaste.

Tasted Sept, 2021. Straight out of our cellars - energetic and fresh citrus with quartz mineral notes, good depth and a crunchy feel. Cellaring has delivered an extra dimension - a buttered toast and lime marmalade note in the mid-palate. Wafting aromatics and delightfully refreshing, this is a great drink right now and will be good for a few more years.
