Wendouree was established in 1893 and is one of the oldest operating winery in the region. Their Shiraz is one of the iconic Australian big red. Deep purple in colour with playful jammy and liquorice on the nose, this wine had great tannins structure with a complex finish. Most certainly will benefit from decanting!

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
