Côtes du Rhône Grenache

An impressive Cote du Rhone sourced from diverse sites and therefore soils, each contributing to the complexity of the final blend. The cepage consists of 70% 45 year old Grenache, 15% Shiraz and 15% 60 year old Mourvedre fruit. 80% of the wine rests for 12 months in concrete tanks while the remainder picks up oak flavour in barrel for 4 months. The resultant wine is a triumph of fruit purity and structure. Showing good concentration, with blackberry and blueberry characteristics - it will delight with its freshness, vivacity and inner strength.
