From the Mediterranean region of Var comes a pinot noir that could only have been produced by masters of the subject. There’s real varietal character in this light and simple, but well executed and expressive red from the house of Louis Latour. Warm, light cherry notes, with aromatics of garrigue, flowers and red fruit are the main attractions. Away in the background you may find hints of vanilla. Soft and round, it could be chilled on a warm day to enjoy with a Provencal salad.
