About this product

Great for opening everything from basic table wines to the rarest vintages. Directions: position the opener over a bottle of wine, twist the top handle to raise the winged levers on either side, corkscrew then push down on the levers to extract the cork.

After reading the other only review, I was worried getting this for a 52 year old bottle of wine. It worked fine!

I would not recommend this product. It is difficult to remove the cork from the corkscrew as it, the corkscrew, unscrews as you are attempting to remove the cork.
