From humble beginnings in the early 1950's to the icon it has become today, Penfolds Grange is engrained into the wine psyche of wine lovers across the world. The 1979 Grange was matured for 18 months in new American oak hogsheads and will develop further complexity and integration of flavours for 35+ years or more under correct cellaring conditions.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
