The 1979 Grange was matured for 18 months in new American oak hogsheads and will develop further complexity and integration of flavours for 35+ years or more under correct cellaring conditions.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
