About this product
A medium-bodied claret style wine with a signature leafy lift. Layered fruits of blackcurrant and blueberries integrate with earthy complexity & fine dusty tannins. A brightness from the acidity underscores a generous palate weight of fruit and long finish ably assisted by the varieties inherent structural tannins.

Destemmed, small open ferments, fermented on skins, a percentage of post ferment maceration. Medium-bodied, firm, great balance with immediate impact. A spicy, leafy, elegant cabernet with distinctive rosemary, dried herb, and Minties, confection. Grippy tannins hold promise on the ageing front.
