Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. 14 years maturation in traditional oak casks & finished in Caribbean rum casks.
TASTING NOTES: Rounded with vanilla, toffee, nutmeg and sweet oak notes, with a fruity character that develops with time.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve neat or with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours).
