MOA Methode is a natural Pilsner style lager brewed using Champagne yeast. A late throw of Pacifica and Motueka hops creates herbaceous and tropical aromas with a high bitterness, balanced by a relatively full mouth-feel. Finishing with a dry and malty spiciness, this is a great beer to pair up with seafood or chicken dishes.
