Tasted Jan. 22. Developing gold colour, retaining green highlights. Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf and ripe lime juice on a linear palate. Pleasingly puckering acid line and lengthy flavours. Steamed prawn wontons are ideal with this. It still has plenty of kick and will last a few years yet.

Some development in the colour is no issue, for it is tinged with green; the bouquet and fore-palate have ripe lime fruit to the fore, then crisp, minerally acidity balances and lengthens the palate, boding well for the future.
