Tried many a craft beer down here in Oz. Nothing really comes close to a good British ale but Sail and Anchor's IPA is (was) definitely close. In the Melbourne winter, keep it out of the fridge and let it sit on the doorstep for 30 minutes

Way too many IPAs lack the undergirding of malt needed to be considered great beers, this however is not one of them. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can see why the Karl Strauss brand got its inspiration from Freemantle.
