Yes, "pinosity" is a word, and, yes, this wine displays it in a very definite and agreeable way. From its fragrant beginning, through its brambly cherry and berry flavours and very "pinot-esque" (not so sure that that's a word!) barnyard and wet tobacco leaf complexity, this is a wine that displays all of the desired pinot credentials.
