This 2012 Taylors Reserve Parcel Shiraz, blended from some of the finest Shiraz fruit off the Auburn estate, immediately announces itself as a vintage highlight with its spectacular colour, flavour intensity and structure. Maturation in one and two year old American oak barrels for a period of 12 months prior to bottling has added subtle nuances which are seamlessly integrated into the palate and its fine yet persistent finish.
