Distilled in 1981 and matured for 32 years in a first fill Bourbon cask giving a dark golden colour. The nose is rich sherry and fruit with berries and orange peel. The palate is initially chilli spice, ripe banana and raisins. A little oak, and dark chocolate. A festive dram with a long sweet finish.
