About this product

Every batch maturation is 80% Bourbon barrel and 20% Sherry cask, married together for the final year in a first fill Oloroso Sherry cask. A rich sherry and fruit nose, find the hint of nutty chocolate. Taste it, roll it around your mouth. A bit of malt biscuit and very light smoke. A succulent mouth filling balance that lingers.

It's like my two favorite whisky's talisker 10 and glendronach 12 had a love child. Smoky, sherried fruits ,slightly salty and a touch of woodiness but so we'll balanced it all comes together beautifully none of the flavors are overpowering
