Remarkable things happen when the world’s most individual malt matures for a quarter of a century. with part of this slumber taking place in fine Oloroso sherry casks - friends of Laphraoig will find our signature Islay peat complemented with aromas of sweet apricot, red apples and dark chocolate which develop into rich flavours of sherry and vanilla in this sweet, soft and dry taste. The 2013 edition of Laphroaig 25 year old is a most unique malt whisky - bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered to add further depth and complexity.
