One Day in the brewery we discovered the truly harmonious realtionship between Citra and American Oak. The response was so strong we had no choice but to make it full time. A peferct balance between Vanilla, Grapefruit & Lime.

A delicious XPA. Seriously converted me from my everyday pale ale. The oaked element adds such a nice vanilla flavour on top of the prominent grapefruit and citrus taste.
