Matso's Lychee Beer has been a work in progress since 2009 when the breweryteam first decided to test brew this drop at their spiritual home in Broome. Master brewer Marcus Muller conducted many Lychee Beer test brews welcoming honest feedback from both Broome locals and travelling tourists. Not before long, everyone was wanting it bottled so they can take some home, and now they have. Lychee Beer is a delicious blended ale with some very nice subtle lychee fruit character coming through on the nose and palate. Highly refreshing and great on a hot day. If you are feeling a little bit adventurous match the beer with apple pie and whipped cream.
