Vineyards in the 'villages' of Dixons Creek, Tarrawarra and Woori Yallock contributed to this little charmer, which was fermented in oak with the intention of providing some creamy mouthfeel, as well as complexity. Mission accomplished. Citrus leads the way with a grapefruit tang. It's all bright and shiny and fabulous drinking and is at its best now and in the short-term.
