About this product

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this attractive white from Leeuwin Estate shows concentrated tropical fruit characters, such as honeydew melons, pineapples and fresh lime along with aromatic floral notes of Jasmine, frangipani with hints of warm spices on the nose. It is well rounded with vibrant citrus fruits and balanced acidity on the palate. Length finish and great with Asian food.

Easy to drink on any given afternoon. It is dry, but not as dry as I expected. We had it as an apéritif.

I picked up this wine since it was the Margaret River region. It was dry and I enjoyed it was a salmon and salad dinner, which I'm not quite sure if that was the right choice. The wine did have the taste of citrus.

Smells and tastes like a simple, straight Sauvignon Blanc straight out of the stainless steel tank, all sweaty, grassy passionfruit, loaded with acidity. I'm sure someone would like it, but it's not for me.

I got the fruitiness both in aroma and initial tasting, sadly this quickly turned rather acrid taste in my mouth. Certainly not typical of other whites from Leeuwin Estate. Not good value.
