PenfoldsBin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
About this product
Inspired by its older brother, Bin 707, and the availability of high quality Cabernet fruits, the birth of Bin 407 is envy by all. The Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 is an approachable and most of all full of varietal flavour. Full flavoured notes of currents and raisens, with tangy herbaceous undertones. Firm and edgy finish.

Benefiting in no small part from relegation of fruit otherwise destined for Bin 707 and 169, this is a varietally accurate style of black and redcurrant fruit, capsicum and dried herbs. It's tangy, crunchy, lively, fragrant and earthy, finishing edgy with firm tannins and green capsicum notes.
