Biodynamic farming and a cool ferment have captured the fresh fruit flavours of the Viognier and a parcel of the wine was wild yeast fermented in older French oak to add complexity and depth.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
