The Winesmiths made the bold decision to put the ‘box’ before the ‘bottle’, when crafting their wines. So why a cask? The reason behind it is to ensure a consistent quality - the tap keeps air out, keeping the wine fresh for several weeks and retaining certainty that every glass poured is a true representation of the wine. Their Tempranillo exhibits classic aromas of violet, dark cherry and wild strawberries. The palate is juicy and plush with flavours of red currants and cranberries with spice and typical rustic tannins.
