A pedigree wine ranked among Australia's best cabernet merlots. Careful maturation in our climate controlled cellar has allowed it to reach its full potential. Unmistakably regional, with a bayleaf and dried herb undercurrent, and an easy flowing red fruit, black currant and cocoa powder nature, the wine is not straight forward. There's little discoveries to be had with each sip. Claret-like now, with a little age, the finish is soft and dry, it has now reached its ultimate drinking window.
