Bertold (Bert) Salamon has a foot in two countries, in his native Austria at his highly rated Salomon Undhoff winery, and in Australia with Salomon Estate in Southern Fleurieu. This is a beautiful gruner from the Krems region of Austria, made at Salomon Undhoff in collaboration with Jonathon Hesketh.

Highly textural, aromatic, slightly spritzy white wine. Most appealing. Has texture and power. Honeysuckle, melon, crisp apple and spice notes. Easy to like yet cerebral too.
