Based on the German Kristallweizen style, but in a nod to its origins, MOA Blanc is brewed using renowned Sauvignon Blanc yeast and an equal blend of wheat and barley malt. Light-bodied and elegantly smooth, the beer offers flavours of banana and citrus fruits with hints of spice and uplifting esters.
