Giving a modern twist to a traditional drink (in fact the oldest fermented drink known to mankind), Beemead Manuka Honey is Australia's first sparkling Mead. A blend of Manuka & Australian Clover honey with pure High Country spring water, Beedmead perfectly balances a medium honey sweetness with fine sparkles on the palate and a dry, citrus-like finish. Fresh and easy to drink this is definitely one to try.

First of the BEE MEAD series I decided to try and I was concerned that it would be too sweet, it was delicious with a very subtle sweetness that does not overpower the palate. Similar to cider but much more palatable. Like my review summary

I really enjoy this drink. It's light and refreshing. Reminds me a little of cider but better. I'm normally a beer drinker. This is a nice change.
