About this product

Though a well-trodden-path is set to this famous estate, there's good reason consideirng the magnificent wines that are realised from a 5th Growth producer. Set over 90 hectares of vines, the wine is built around the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot as the balancing act. The property is owned by Francois-Xavier Borie, and the vineyard is notably gravel over limestone and set west from the town of Pauillac. 2010 is built from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, readily drinkable in youth, with vibrant fruit, plush tannins and succulence in tow.
